How do I get a quote?

Email us with a floor plan or call us and we can schedule a site visit to your property.

How much does staging cost?

Each house is unique, depending on size, number of rooms and whether the house is empty, or we are using some of the owners existing furniture. Minimum staging/styling is $1,500, average property staging value in 2024 was $4,400, however for very large homes it can go to $8,500.

Can I choose the style?

We will always listen to our client’s style preference. However, it is important to remember that we offer a different service if we are styling someone’s private home for them to live in. This service is offered via Box Clever Interiors. Interior design is all about reflecting a homeowners’ personal taste and lifestyle needs for their space. However, when staging a property for sale it’s much more of a marketing exercise. We have to consider factors such as the physical property, its location, its target market and what items are available at time of styling. Our goal is to maximise your property’s potential for the real estate market on the Sunshine Coast.

Do you need to be present for the install?

We actually prefer to let our stylists work their magic in peace. With clients present, it can make them feel like they are being watched. At the end of the process we love to welcome the clients back for the “WOW” effect and big reveal – which is always rewarding.

How do you hang art?

Art is an important element in the staging process. It draws the eye to eye-level in the room and creates important balance in the scheme. We use small tacks to hang our art and we patch each hole on completion.

What you need to do before we stage your home?

Remove any furniture not being used. Have all trades complete their work inside and out. Ensure our truck will have clear access to the property. Ensure the property has been fully cleaned including windows prior to staging.

How long does it take?

We generally require at least 2 weeks notice to stage a property. This gives us time to make selections and organise logistics. With all the hard work done beforehand, we will be at the property for between half to a full day.

When to book photography?

Ideally photography should be scheduled for the day after the property is staged.

Can I see the furniture you are going to use in my property?

Given the nature of staging our stock is constantly changing, therefore it is difficult to guarantee exact pieces of furniture. However, we encourage you to have a look at our ongoing projects via our gallery or Instagram page!

How long can I keep the furniture for?

We offer a 6-week, 8-week and 10-week hire periods.
With Competitive Pricing: Pay for 3 get 6, Pay for 4 get 8, Pay for 5 get 10!
